£50,000 buy after a point win but has shown only modest form in bumpers/over hurdles. Off 6 months. First run for yard after leaving Oliver Greenall.

Black Sam Bellamy gelding who was hooded for debut and showed plenty to work on when third of 10 in 2m4f maiden hurdle at Worcester on debut 34 days ago, keeping on gradually after bad mistake 2 out. Open to improvement.
Landed an AW bumper at Lingfield in December and backed it up with a good second in a more competitive event there next time. Was well held in a Grade 2 event at Aintree on final start but has to enter calculations on hurdles debut.
Looked one for the longer term when well held in a junior bumper at Bangor on debut in April.
Blue Bresil gelding who failed to justify support in a Warwick bumper on debut in May. First run for yard after leaving Mel Rowley.
Tongue tied and showed plenty of ability when second in a Market Rasen bumper on debut (9/2) in June, no match for promising winner. Failed to progress at Southwell but not written off now going hurdling.
Modest bumper winner who showed some promise sent hurdling when second in 6-runner affair at Warwick (2m) 3 weeks ago. Entitled to do better.
Overcame inexperience to make a winning debut in a Kempton bumper (2m) in March and is bred to have a future as a hurdler. Leadng claims.
12,500 gns 4-y-o, Beat Hollow gelding. Closely related to point winner. Dam unraced. Won sole start in points (May 11). Wears tongue strap for Rules debut. Also had a breathing op.
Became disappointing after a promising start in bumpers and was well held in first-time cheekpieces on first completed start over hurdles last week.
Showed fairly useful form in bumpers, winning tidily on his British/stable debut at Market Rasen in June. Ran at least as well in defeat under a penalty over C&D next time and must enter the reckoning on hurdles debut.
Showed plenty when runner-up in a Fontwell bumper on debut. Went backwards at Ludlow last time but should have a future over jumps.
Just poor form to date and more likely one for handicaps at longer trips.

Gitche Gumee (13/8), Swapped (2/1), High Game Royal (7/1), Ilanz (8/1), Higher Ground (10/1), Decorated (11/1), I Shut That D'or (14/1), Blue Bear (18/1), Hollow Ron (33/1), Dondiam (40/1), Charging Point (40/1), Iceman Dennis (80/1), Arceno's Adventure (125/1), Bluebella (125/1)
GITCHE GUMEE looked promising when making a winning bumper debut at Kempton in March and is very much bred for jumping, so he's given the tentative vote. Ilanz and Swapped are a couple of other bumper winners to consider, while Higher Ground should be up to building on his opening effort at Worcester.
