Winning pointer who took well to fences on hIs return from an absence last season, winning a 25f Hereford handicap under Lily Pinchin when last seen in April. 6 lb rise for that looks fair assuming he's ready to roll after a break.
Wasn't at the top of his game when last seen in the spring but has dipped to 3 lb below the mark he won off at Huntingdon in late 2020 if a 161-day break has had a reviving effect.
Acquired by present connections for £15,000 in May and he ran to a fair level when second in a 3-runner C&D handicap in June. However, he has disapointed twice, including back here latterly.
Won over hurdles and fences at Plumpton in the spring. Off 5 months, respectable 10 lengths fourth in course handicap hurdle 18 days ago and it's possible he'll strip fitter with that behind him. Slightly lower mark back chasing.

Forecasts
Blame The Game (6/4), Eclair On Line (2/1), Premiumaccess (9/4), Call Of The Loon (3/1), Heydour (18/1)
ECLAIR ON LINE scored quite readily at Hereford in April so a 6 lb rise may not stop him if he's primed on his return from 6 months off. Call of The Loon has made a good start for the Christian Williams yard and can provide the chief threat ahead of Blame The Game.
