Dropping back to a bare 5f could be just the ticket for VERHOYEN, who only gave way well inside the final furlong in a 5.8f handicap at Navan on Wednesday. He is on a workable mark and all 4 of his wins on turf have been gained here. Strong Johnson hasn't done a great deal wrong since making his belated reappearance in August and is likely to be on the premises. It was a valuable C&D contest that Jon Riggens contested last time and he is also accorded respect.
