Fairly useful performer for Andre Fabre in France, winning maiden at Chantilly in February 2021 before third in minor event at same track (beaten head and short head) in April. Sold for £11,000 in May this year and watching brief advised after a lengthy absence.
Hasn't been in top form since winning at Lingfield in January though did make slightly more impact than of late from an easing mark when eighth at Newbury 8 days ago. Task is building on that today.
Likeable filly who took her form up another notch when landing a 6-runner Windsor handicap in June. Failed to cut any ice next couple of starts but resumed winning ways in much calmer waters at Kempton (all-weather debut) just under a fortnight ago. Major claims from 1 lb higher.
Opened account for the season at Newmarket in May and seen to maximum effect as he resumed winning ways at this track (12f, heavy) earlier this month. Circumstances unlikely to be so favourable today but fancied to be in the mix under top claimer.
4-y-o who arrives at the top of his game, racking up 4-timer over the summer. Latest effort at Ascot last month easily excused (missed the break) so fancied to get back on the up today with first-time cheekpieces applied.
Useful operator who made a solid start for this stable when seventh of 18 at Goodwood in July. Similar form when down the field at Sandown since and though his mark has dropped another 2 lb, more is needed.
Long time without a win (over 2 years ago) but most recent runner-up effort over C&D earlier this month was a step back in the right direction. This a tougher race and probably vulnerable to much younger legs.

Forecasts
Palavecino (9/4), Bad Company (16/5), Jewel In My Crown (4/1), The Whipmaster (9/2), Restorer (10/1), Ace Rothstein (10/1), Wilkie (50/1)
Tough to rule any of the septet out but JEWEL IN MY CROWN resumed winning ways making her all-weather debut at Kempton earlier this month and, racing from just a 1 lb higher mark today, Rae Guest's filly is fancied to notch career success number 6. The Whipmaster's latest effort is easy to excuse so he can chase the selection home, with recent course winner Bad Company third on the list.
