C&D winner who arrives in good form, again hitting the frame when creditable third of 6 in handicap (10/3) at Ripon (9.8f, good to firm) 21 days ago, outpaced slightly 2f out but staying on last ½f. Fancied to feature back down in grade with cheekpieces fitted.
Three-time winner on AW for Brian Ellison during 2021. Operating a notch below best around the turn of the year and, easy to back, offered little on return from 7 months off/yard debut at York (10.2f) 16 days ago. Will need to leave that effort in his wake to figure. Visor back on.
Returned to form with the hood left off when successful at Ripon (9.7f) in August and backed that up when runner-up back at that venue 3 weeks ago, edged out late on. One to consider from 2 lb higher mark.
Le Havre filly who was better for her debut when third in 7-runner Catterick novice (12f) last month. Not in same form when fifth of 6 in maiden at Ripon (9.8f) 3 weeks ago (hung left from end of backstraight) and since changed hands for 8,000 gns. Handicap debut.
Confirmed promise of his Nottingham handicap debut effort when landing 6-runner C&D handicap in June. Stamina may have been stretched when fifth of 9 in handicap at Wolverhampton (12.2f) latest and not discounted back down in trip.
Ended long losing run over C&D last month and quickly dispelled a lesser effort on AW when runner-up back here 6 days ago, challenging last ½f and staying on. Rider again takes off a handy 7 lb and she's another with claims.
Lightly-raced maiden. 12/1, failed to improve for switch to handicaps when seventh of 9 at Musselburgh (7.2f) 34 days ago, weakening from 2f out and eased off. Needs to bounce back.
Matched previous best when third over this sort of trip at Doncaster in June but failed to fire both starts thereafter, distant fifth of 6 in handicap at Yarmouth (10.1f) in July. Absent since and bounce back called for in first-time blinkers.
Remains a maiden after 16 Flat runs. Ninth of 11 in handicap (11/1) at Hamilton (9.2f, good) 20 days ago. Needs a couple of these to falter.
Lethal Force filly who showed improved form under a change of tactics when making all in apprentice riders' event over 8.5f here 6 days ago. Claims if she can back that up under a penalty back in handicap company.
Remains a maiden after 37 Flat runs. 80/1, twelfth of 14 in handicap at Ripon (9.8f, good to firm) 22 days ago. Can only be watched.

Forecasts
She's Got Bottle (7/2), Dandy's Angel (7/2), Berry Edge (4/1), Miss Clementine (4/1), Peripeteia (5/1), Hooflepuff (20/1), Victory March (20/1), Hopeman Harbour (22/1), Tromso (22/1), Ruby Port (25/1), French Romance (80/1), Gloryella (100/1)
BERRY EDGE arrives here fresher than most at this time of the season and, on the back of creditable placed efforts in stronger company, he could be worth siding with, with his yard very much amongst the winners. Peripeteia is also a filly in form and respected, along with Miss Clementine and She's Got Bottle.
- Berry Edge4/1
- Peripeteia5/1
