Landed Haydock novice on second start last year but found himself flying too high in listed company next time. Will need to have improved during 11-month absence to defy this mark on handicap debut.

Won corresponding race last year but form has been patchy since and application didn't look particularly convincing when last of 3 in handicap at this C&D (good) 41 days ago.

Course winner. Latest win at Wolverhampton in July. Good second of 7 in handicap (11/2) at Thirsk (7f, soft) 11 days ago. Can give a good account without posing serious threat to principals.

Didn't need to improve to win 7-runner handicap at Chelmsford City (6f) 25 days ago. Has tended to struggle from this sort of mark in the past so interesting to see whether she can find the required improvement to back latest success up.
