SOUND ANGELA was impressive in a Newcastle handicap on her belated seasonal reappearance and subsequently encountered traffic problems in a Group 3 contest at Deauville, leaving the impression that this step up in trip would be very much in her favour. She is almost certainly capable of better still and is taken to master last year's winner of this race, Ville de Grace, and Mise En Scene, who is also likely to benefit from moving up in trip having finished well over 1m at Sandown last time.
