Drumlee Watar^p,t⁶²

Age: 9| Weight: 12-1| J: Henry Brooke| T: W Greatrex| OR: 121| D

11/8

Successful 4 times over hurdles in 2021 and, having showed much more than previously over fences at Plumpton in March, he backed that up when landing a Worcester novice (23f) in July, battling well. Can go well again back in a handicap.

Nelsons Rock⁴¹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-2| J: Brendan Powell| T: J Tizzard| OR: 108| D

7/2

Fair winning hurdler who made a successful chase debut at Newton Abbot (25.7f) in June, jumping soundly. However, he's not been in anything like the same form in 2 starts there since and bounce back called for returning from 6 weeks off.

Form: 24-216P

Call Of The Loon¹⁷

Age: 11| Weight: 10-2| J: Jack Tudor| T: Christian Williams| OR: 93

5/4

Veteran who was successful just once from 26 starts under Rules in Ireland but proved a different proposition when running out a convincing winner on yard debut at Stratford (27.5f) last month. Possible he can build on that and well worth considering.

Form: 56657-1

Forecasts

Call Of The Loon (5/4), Drumlee Watar (11/8), Nelsons Rock (7/2)

CALL OF THE LOON was very easy to back but made no mistake in getting off the mark at the first attempt for his new yard at Stratford recently and the veteran could well be up to following up in receipt of plenty of weight from his rivals. Drumlee Watar, who tasted success at Worcester himself recently, can give him most to think about.
