Posted best effort to date when head second in a Leicester nursery (7f) 2 starts back and best not judged too harshly on his latest fifth of 11 over 6f here 9 days ago, carried right home turn and not recover. Good draw to work from here and possibilities.

Lightly-raced maiden. Creditable fifth of 9 in nursery (16/1) at Thirsk (7f, good) 19 days ago, needing stronger gallop. Likely she has more to offer, including over further in due course.

Lightly-raced maiden. Very good second of 11 in nursery (14/1) at this course (6f, good to firm) 9 days ago, effort 2f out and keeping on. This 1f longer trip promises to be within range and he rates a lead player.

Camacho gelding who showed a bit in trio of novice events but well held sixth of 9 on nursery debut at Ripon (6f) subsequently, ridden 3f out and hanging right. Eased 4 lb subsequently and it remains early days with him at least.

Zoffany filly who has stepped up for the switch to nurseries, creditable third of 8 at Beverley (7.4f) 2 weeks ago, short of room under 2f out but keeping on. Not out of things from 1 lb lower mark.

Lightly-raced maiden. 9/1, improved on previous exploits under a positive ride when second of 5 in claimer at Redcar (6f, good to firm) 18 days ago. Needs to build on that now tackling nurseries.

Zoustar filly. Not offered a great deal in trio of novice/maiden events at up to 7f and she needs to do more now sights are set on nurseries.

Lightly-raced maiden. Eighth of 12 in nursery at Doncaster (6f, good to firm, 14/1) 25 days ago, going with little fluency and struggling halfway. Hopes pinned on step up in trip/fitting of blinkers having positive effect now.

Pastoral Pursuits colt. Modest form on third of 3 starts in novice/maiden company and failed to improve for switch to nurseries (weak in market) when seventh of 8 at Beverley (7.4f) 13 days ago. Another eased 3 lb since and too soon to write off.

Failed to beat a rival on first 2 starts at Beverley but did at least take a step forward without threatening when fourth of 5 in claimer at Redcar (6f, good to firm) 18 days ago. Still, good deal more needed now handicapping.

Havana Grey filly. Little impact in maidens but better effort when keeping on for third on nursery debut at this course (6f, good to firm) 9 days ago. Step up to 7f may bring about a little more improvement.

TANZANITE took a step forward when second on nursery debut here (6f) 9 days ago, runner-up behind one firmly on a roll and, with the step up to 7f expected to hold no fears, he could be the answer. Man Made Of Smoke wasn't seen to best effect when fifth in the same race and better can be expected from him from a handy draw, whilst My Honey B has been acquitting herself well around Beverley and can also feature.
