Forecasts

Match Play (3/1), Castan (10/3), Gemcutter (9/2), Kodi Dancer (11/2), Al Hitmi (17/2), Lady Roamer (11/1), Fiery Bond (12/1), Cheeky Maxi (18/1)

A case can be made for most of these but the most persuasive one is for CASTAN who had a bit left in the tank when scoring from Gemcutter at Musselburgh and still looks ahead of his mark despite taking a 6 lb rise. Brian Ellison's filly has since gone in at Beverley and again rates the chief threat ahead of top-weight Match Play and the Karl Burke-trained duo Al Hitmi and Kodi Dancer.
