C&D winner. 6/1, bounced back to form when second of 6 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm) a fortnight ago. Yet to run a bad race at this track (1 win and 3 seconds) so no surprise to see him in the mix.

Forecasts

Mighty Gurkha (10/11), Media Guest (7/4), The Green Man (9/4), Giogiobbo (9/2), Neptune Legend (9/2)

Impossible to rule any of the quintet out but preference is for THE GREEN MAN. Joseph Parr's 3-y-o was edged out late at Newmarket last month (taking his runner-up record to 3-6) and this represents a good opportunity for him to go a place better. Mighty Gurkha put a couple of solid efforts together last month so he heads up the dangers with first-time cheekpieces applied, ahead of Media Guest, who is yet to finish outside the first 2 at this venue.
