(4)

Heer's Sadie²¹

Age: 4| Weight: 9-7| J: Sam Feilden⁽⁷⁾| T: Miss J Feilden| OR: 53| CD

10/3

C&D winner. 5/1, bit below form 4¼ lengths sixth of 12 to Wrath of Hector over C&D (good to firm) 21 days ago but had been a good second here prior to that.

Form: 556-726

(8)

Bernard Spierpoint^v⁵

Three AW wins at the turn of the year. Hasn't hit the same heights since but Tom Marquand is an interesting booking. Keep an eye on in betting.

Forecasts

Wrath Of Hector (11/8), Dark Design (10/3), Heer's Sadie (10/3), Jack Ryan (11/1), Bernard Spierpoint (12/1), Elsaab (16/1), Bankrupt (33/1), Tilsworth Lorraine (200/1)

The handicapper might have been kind leaving DARK DESIGN on the same mark as when second over 7f here a fortnight ago and he gets the nod in this finale. Wrath of Hector won over C&D on what was effectively his latest outing (unseated start here since) and is feared most ahead of Bernard Spierpoint, for whom Tom Marquand is an interesting booking.
