Prominent racer who, having sweated beforehand, posted his first poor effort for a while when fourth at Ascot last time. Likely to be back on his game and could get his own way in front.
Fairly useful on his day but arrives with a bit to prove on the back of a couple of tame efforts.
Found plenty to lead late and double tally for the season at Pontefract. Can do better still and firm player if the race is run to suit again.
Didn't need any major progress to get off mark in 6-runner novice at Doncaster in June, then didn't get the rub of the green (met trouble) when only fifth at Beverley 22 days ago. Remains with potential.
Has shown a fair level of ability in maiden/novice company, but weak finishes the last twice (handicap debut here last time) are a cause for concern.
Hasn't gone on as hoped following Yarmouth 2-y-o debut success, down the field at Sandown on Thursday. Others preferred.

Antiphon (7/4), Vaunted (7/2), Cotai West (4/1), Suanni (6/1), Manettino (7/1), Best Wishes (14/1)
ANTIPHON arrives on the back of a rare poor effort but he should be back on his game and there's every chance he'll get his own way in front, so he should prove hard to peg back. Last-time-out Pontefract winner Vaunted is an obvious danger for all the run of the race might not play to her strengths, and Cotai West can't be dismissed.
