C&D winner. Visored for 1st time, good head second of 8 to Quest For Fun in handicap at this C&D (good, 6/1) 14 days ago. Each-way claims.
Good fifth of 10 in handicap (40/1) at Hamilton (6f, good to firm) 3 days ago, slowly away. Others make more appeal from a win point of view.
Latest win at Doncaster in March. 5/2, fourth of 6 in handicap at Nottingham (6.1f, good) 39 days ago. Likely to find a few too good once more.
Latest win at Thirsk in June. Respectable fourth of 8 in handicap (11/1) at York (7f, good to firm) 10 days ago, left poorly placed. Place possibilities.
14/1, creditable 2 lengths fourth of 8 to Quest For Fun in handicap at this C&D (good) 14 days ago. Hard to envisage him reversing placings with the winner.
13/2, career best when winning 6-runner handicap at Epsom (6f, good to firm) 11 days ago, always holding on. 2 lb rise fair, but this looks more demanding.
C&D winner. Latest win here in June. 4/1, creditable length third of 8 to Quest For Fun in handicap at this C&D (good) 14 days ago, conceding first run. Shortlist material.
C&D winner. Latest win at Hamilton in June. Good second of 20 in handicap at York (6f, good to firm, 17/2) 9 days ago, better placed than most. Clearly in good nick, but may find one or two too good all the same.
Visored for 1st time, last of 10 in handicap at this course (5f, good to soft, 20/1) 30 days ago. Best to look elsewhere.
Thirteen runs since last win in 2020. Cheekpieces on for 1st time, seventeenth of 20 in handicap at York (6f, good to firm, 80/1) 9 days ago. Readily passed over.

Forecasts
Quest For Fun (11/4), Snash (10/3), Call Me Ginger (4/1), Aberama Gold (9/2), Summer Sands (6/1), Jordan Electrics (15/2), Bernardo O'Reilly (17/2), Streamline (10/1), Toussarok (14/1), Black Friday (20/1), Never Dark (33/1), Pockley (50/1)
The form of the Thirsk handicap in which QUEST FOR FUN opened his account last month is strong, and he followed up over this C&D a fortnight ago when overhauling Aberama Gold close home after conceding first run. There should be more to come from this 4-y-o and he is taken to complete the hat-trick. Call Me Ginger, Summer Sands and Black Friday were also adrift that day and Call Me Ginger could be the one to pose the greatest threat this time. Snash is also in with a shout.
