Won twice for William Haggas last year and runner-up on second start for this yard in a Doncaster handicap (16.5f, good) in April. Flying too high in Group 3 company at York since and needs considering now back in calmer waters.
Showed improved form to get off the mark in 10-runner maiden here (1½m, good to soft) on penultimate start. Found Group 2 company too hot upped to 14.2f at Royal Ascot since and she's worth a second look now pitched into a handicap.
Encouraging reappearance fourth in a big-field handicap over 1¼m here in April. Subsequently improved for the step up to 1¾m when opening her account in a Goodwood maiden and she has to enter calculations.
Thrived on AW during second half of last year, winning back-to-back Kempton handicaps during the autumn. Best effort yet on turf when going close at Goodwood (1½m, good to firm) last month and another bold show is anticipated.
Very much in need of the experience on debut here in April and has subsequently finishing third in 1¼m maidens at Ascot and Goodwood. In good hands and improvement may well be forthcoming now upped in trip for this handicap bow.
Signed off 2-y-o campaign with a near miss over 9f at Goodwood and better than she was able to show at Chester on return/handicap debut three weeks ago. Still, needs to raise her game if she's to get off the mark in this contest.

Forecasts
Country Pyle (11/5), Perfect Alibi (5/2), Dancing Tango (9/2), Sea Sylph (13/2), Spring Glow (8/1), Electress (11/1)
Compelling enough cases can be constructed for all six contenders, but SPRING GLOW is the one who appeals most on the back of her narrow defeat at Goodwood, a race she may well have won had she hit the front a little later. Moving back up in trip is unlikely to be a problem and she gets the nod ahead of Sea Sylph, who will be more at home back in handicap company having contested a Group 3 last time. Dancing Tango brings potential to the table and is just about the pick of the remaining quartet.
