5-time C&D winner who stepped up on opening exploits this term and defied market weakness in the process to resume winning ways here 3 weeks ago, leading 1f out always doing enough. Should continue in form.
Long time without a win but his mark reflects that and he arrives having run well when third of 8 in handicap at Haydock (7f, good, 7/2) 11 days ago, forced to switch 1f out but keeping on. Not discounted in this grade.
Fair performer who deservedly got back to winning ways in a C&D seller 11 days ago, joined over 1f out but staying on to prevail by a head. Not ruled out from this mark back in a handicap.
Proved determined in the finish when back to winning ways at Ayr (7.2f) in June. Not in same form when seventh of 15 in handicap at Thirsk (7f, good to firm, 12/1) 13 days ago and his present mark demands that little bit more.
Dual 6f winner last season who ran up to best when third at Doncaster (7f) 2 starts back, no extra only late on. 1m seemed to stretch him back at that venue 18 days ago and this rates more suitable.
Dual winner this season, latterly when edging a 3-way photo over C&D in April (solid form). Mixed bag has followed in 3-y-o handicaps subsequently but this less demanding than his latest Sandown assignment and he's a big player.
Confirmed more positive signs (in refitted blinkers) when runner-up over C&D on penultimate start when going one place better over 8.5f here 11 days ago. Another good showing likely for all this is tougher.

Autumn Festival (5/2), Proud Archi (11/2), Stripzee (11/2), Truth In Jest (13/2), Sir Maxi (15/2), True Blue Moon (17/2), Swinging Eddie (9/1), Harvest Day (11/1)
Competitive fare with the vote in favour of AUTUMN FESTIVAL. A winner over C&D back in the spring (solid form), he arrives having run well in a deeper contest at Sandown 11 days ago and he's expected to give another good showing from the front. Sir Maxi is on a lengthy losing run but ran well at Haydock latest so is feared, along with Stripzee and True Blue Moon.
