Cosa Sara¹⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 10-1| J: P Mulrennan| T: J S Goldie| OR: 56| C

10/1

Three 1m wins this year (the first 2 here). Presumably found race coming too soon just 48 hrs on from her Hamilton success when sixth of 8 here (1m again) 16 days ago. Treated as if still in form now going back up in trip.

Form: 0-66D24

(3)

Highlight Reel¹⁵

Age: 7| Weight: 9-9| J: Jonny Peate⁽⁵⁾| T: R Fell & S Murray| OR: 50| CD

Form: 048551

(7)

Lituus³⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 9-5| J: Oliver Stammers⁽³⁾| T: Grant Tuer| OR: 56| BF

Promising type. Good third of 13 in handicap at Carlisle (9f, good, 7/2) 38 days ago, left with lot to do. Has good chance on form.

Form: 040-43

(4)

Perfect Soldier¹⁰⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 9-5| J: Joanna Mason| T: W Storey| OR: 45

22/1

(10)

Porto Ercole²⁶

(6)

Acoustic¹⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 8-12| J: P J McDonald| T: R A Fahey| OR: 49| BF

7/1

Lightly-raced maiden. Creditable second of 9 in classified race at Hamilton (9f, good, 2/1) 18 days ago, staying on. Slightly longer trip now may help.

Form: 00-052

(2)

Angels Tale^p²⁰

Age: 3| Weight: 8-10| J: D Allan| T: T D Easterby| OR: 47

11/1

Form: 308-066

Forecasts

Royal Countess (16/5), Lituus (10/3), Highlight Reel (4/1), Acoustic (7/1), Cosa Sara (10/1), Flylikeaneagle (11/1), Angels Tale (11/1), Perfect Soldier (22/1), Desert Quest (33/1), Porto Ercole (50/1)

LITUUS leaves the impression it's only a matter of time before he wims off this mark and he can see off this largely much more exposed opposition. Fellow 3-y-o Acoustic may give him most to do ahead of last year's winner Royal Countess.
