Landed the odds on final 2-y-o start and picked up the progressive thread when making a successful handicap debut/reappearance in April. Up 9 lb but he's firmly on the up and this trip will be within range.

Looked useful when winning first 2 starts on the AW and hasn't done a lot wrong in a brace of turf handicaps, keeping on for third over 14.5f at Doncaster a month ago. Hood now on.
Responded well when doubling career tally at Beverley in May and progressed again when second over 14.5f at Doncaster (Giavellotto back in third). Not a lot went right in a Royal Ascot handicap last time so that run can be overlooked.
Turned a 12f Goodwood contest into a one-sided affair on handicap debut 3 weeks ago (Percy Jones second). Half-brother to a useful one at up to 2m so this trip should be withing range.
Hampered when encouraging fifth of 11 in novice event at Nottingham (10.2f) in May. Makes handicap debut up in trip, and while his mark demands progress, he certainly has more to offer.
Landed the odds with the minimum of fuss in a novice at Lingfield (11.6f). Looked a bit short of pace when fourth on handicap debut and quickly upped in tip.
Put experience to good use when making a successful reappearance at Chepstow in April. Better form in handicaps since, runner-up at Goodwood a fortnight ago, and looks the type to benefit from this stiffer test and headgear.
Continued theme of race-by-race progress when landing 8-runner novice at Leicester. Assessor has seemingly taken no chances with opening mark, though.
Well backed and barely had to improve to get off the mark in Chelmsford novice in November. Ran pretty well when third on handicap debut at Nottingham on return but he was a shade disappointing at York.
Gelded after juvenile campaign and improved immediately when runner-up to Double Cherry at Goodwood on reappearance/handicap debut. 2 lb rise very fair with prospect of more to come.
Promise in extended 1m Nottingham maidens in the autumn and found the necessary improvement to make a winning handicap debut over this trip at Sandown in May. That isn't strong form. but his limit hasn't been reached.
Reacted well to cheekpieces when winning 10-runner handicap at Haydock in May. Too keen at Musselburgh a fortnight later and lacks the scope of some upped in trip.
Shaped like a stayer in his qualifying runs, nearest at the finish when fourth at Salisbury 3 weeks ago. Tongue tie on for handicap debut and should relish this test of stamina.
Limit looks fairly established and he's eligible for far easier handicaps than this.

A red-hot 3-y-o staying handicap but it's still hard to escape the claims of SEA KING given the impression he created at Doncaster in April. He's in the right hands to progress and he's very likely a pattern performer when his stamina is drawn out. Double Cherry and Percy Jones occupied the first two positions in a Goodwood contest last month and they head the opposition.
