Won twice in 6f handicaps last year (including this corresponding race). Back to form when second at Windsor last month and backed that effort up in stronger company (from 1 lb out of the handicap) at York since. Respected.

Hooded and made a winning reappearance on the back of a breathing operation at Wolverhampton in April. Encouraging effort despite not settling so well as she could when fourth on handicap debut at Leicester just over 4 weeks ago but likely she will need more to land this.
Landed 6f handicap successes at Haydock and Yarmouth last month but unable to complete the hat-trick in a much deeper contest trying 5f for the first time in big-field Royal Ascot handicap 13 days ago.
Won first 2 switched to 6f handicaps on turf, scoring in fine style at Salisbury last month. Unable land the hat-trick taking on her elders for the first time at York earlier this month but she's well worth another chance to get back to winning ways in Class 4 company today.
Stepped up on her reappearance to open her account in a Windsor novice just over 5 weeks ago. Appeals as the type to progress further now venturing down the handicap route so she's one for the shortlist.
Left debut form well behind to get off the mark in novice at Kempton (7f) in April and good third under a penalty at Lingfield next time. Shaped encouragingly when third on handicap debut at this track (7f) 30 days ago and that indicated she's up to defying this sort of mark before long.

A tricky contest to unravel despite the small field but preference is for MAKAROVA. Ed Walker's charge was unable to land the hat-trick at York just under 3 weeks ago, but with her previous form proving strong (beat a couple of next-time-out winners), she's fancied to regain the winning thread. Flamenco Fan appeals as the type to progress further now venturing down the handicap route so she can chase the selection home, with Tarhib and Noya not expected to be far behind, either.
