Three-time C&D winner. Latest win at Catterick in May. 5/1, fifth of 8 in handicap at Chester (5.1f, good to firm) 18 days ago. Big player eased in class here.

C&D winner. 12/1, twelfth of 13 in handicap here (good to firm) 25 days ago. Yet to deliver off a mark this high and it's likely that he'll find one or two too good.
Five-time C&D winner. Fifth of 6 in handicap (11/2) at Hamilton (5f, good to firm) 6 days ago, met some trouble. Now 2 lb below last winning mark, so he's dangerous to discount.
Winner at Pontefract in May. 12/1, eighth of 10 in handicap at Ayr (5f, good to soft) 11 days ago. Others make more appeal on this occasion.
C&D winner. Latest win at Hamilton in May. 9/4, fourth of 7 in handicap at this C&D (good) 2 days ago. Shouldn't be far away if turned out again quickly.
14/1, fourth of 6 in handicap at Lingfield (6f, AW) 16 days ago. 0-6 on turf and hopes pinned on the first-time hood helping him to buck that trend here.

Forecasts
Rory (7/4), Militia (11/4), Modular Magic (7/2), Primo's Comet (6/1), Apache Star (16/1), Mas Poder (25/1)
A winner on three of his six previous visits here, MILITIA looks the way to go having put in a good shift in a higher-grade handicap at Chester earlier this month. Rory failed to justify favouritism here on Monday, but he's been holding his form well this year and will be a threat if allowed to take his chance. However, Primo's Comet has slipped to an attractive mark and he is feared most.
