C&D winner. 2 wins from 5 runs this year, the latest at Ayr in May. Creditable second of 6 in handicap (4/7) at Ayr (7.2f, good to soft) 10 days ago. Possibly a shade too high in the weights for now.
Three wins from 6 runs this year, the latest at Wolverhampton in March. Bit below form sixth of 10 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm, 14/1) 23 days ago. 0-7 on turf and others make more appeal.
Good fourth of 9 in handicap at Carlisle (7.8f, good, 12/1) 32 days ago, left poorly placed. Down another 1 lb and he will be a danger to all if able to build on that here.
C&D winner in April. Fifth of 7 in handicap at Redcar (8f, good to soft, 5/2) 28 days ago. Back down to last winning mark, but one or two of these look stronger all the same.
Course winner. 2 wins from 5 runs this year. 7/1, career best when winning 11-runner handicap at Beverley (8.4f, good to firm) 13 days ago. 2 lb rise fair but more needed if he's to complete the hat-trick.
Unreliable individual. C&D winner. Fourth of 7 in handicap (15/8) at Hamilton (6f, good) 19 days ago, unsuited by drop in trip. Visor back on. Shouldn't be far away, but remains vulnerable for win purposes.
C&D winner in April. 13/8, creditable third of 10 in handicap at Redcar (7f, good) 10 days ago. Big player off the same mark.
C&D winner. 8/1, creditable fourth of 10 in handicap at Beverley (7.4f, good to firm) 30 days ago. Has slipped to a workable mark and he's not ruled out.
17/2, creditable third of 10 in handicap at Carlisle (5.8f, good) 14 days ago, slowly away. Back up in trip and though still winless following 13 attempts, he's not without each-way hope.

Yaaser (5/2), Clotherholme (7/2), Ninky Nonk (7/2), Far From A Ruby (13/2), Rum Going On (7/1), On The River (10/1), How Bizarre (14/1), Sparkle In His Eye (16/1), Bobby Shaftoe (20/1), Fanzone (20/1)
RUM GOING ON has held his form well since striking over C&D in April, again performing with plenty of credit when a close third at Redcar recently. He gets the nod in what looks a competitive heat, with Ninky Nonk, who shaped well on his reappearance at Carlisle, next on the list. On The River makes each-way appeal, a remark which also applies to Far From A Ruby, but hat-trick seeker Clotherholme needs another personal best and Yaaser may now be in the handicapper's grip.

- Ninky Nonk7/2
- On The River10/1
