160,000 gns son of Showcasing who made a promising start and found only an experienced sort too strong in 4-runner Carlisle novice (5f) 2 weeks ago. Entitled to come on for that run and he's a big player up at 6f.
Acclamation colt who makes appeal on paper but was ultimately held back by greenness (easy to back when seventh of 10 in a Ripon novice (6f) in May. Probably one for later on.
Foaled March 4. 27,000 gns yearling, Havana Gold colt. Half-brother to 1¼m winner Freshwater Cliffs. Dam, 1¼m winner, half-sister to very smart winner up to 1m Here Comes When.
Foaled February 18. 170,000 gns yearling, Kodiac colt. Dam 6f-1m (Park Express Stakes) winner. Makes obvious appeal on paper so worthy of close market scutiny on debut for clues.
Foaled January 29. Pastoral Pursuits colt. Half-brother to 2-y-o 5f winner Big Ace and ungenuine 1m-1¼m winner Little Ted. Dam, maiden (stayed 1m), half-sister to useful 5f-7f winner Inhalation.
Foaled April 3. 32,000 gns yearling, Zoffany gelding. Half-brother to 1¼m winner Dangeroffizz and 2-y-o 7.4f winner Piastrella. Dam 13f winner. Runners from this yard so far suggest he may be better for the run.
Foaled February 2. £14,000 yearling, £230,000 2-y-o, Tasleet colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including 1m-11f winner Note Bleu and 14.3f winner Fox Fearless. Makes appeal on paper and may be the pick of the Richard Fahey trained trio.
Dandy Man colt who stepped up on debut form when third at Hamilton (5f) and not disgraced when 9 lengths second 11 in a C&D novice since, behind a decidedly smart prospect. Should put experience to good use.
Foaled March 18. Invincible Spirit colt. Dam, 2-y-o 7f winner who stayed 11.5f, sister to smart winner up to 16.6f Mildenberger. 5/1, seventh of 14 in maiden at Newbury (6f, good) on debut 29 days ago. In excellent hands and entitled to do better again.
Foaled February 13. 65,000 gns yearling, Awtaad filly. Half-sister to winner up to 1m Swift Mover and 2-y-o 5f winner Mojomaker.

Forecasts
Cold Case (10/11), Installation (6/1), Winter Crown (6/1), Northcliff (17/2), Eagle Day (9/1), Bella Kopella (22/1), Craven (25/1), Common Acclaim (33/1), Frank Ross Is Out (33/1), Heart Of Acklam (50/1)
COLD CASE was unable to justify cramped odds at Carlisle 2 weeks ago, but that's not to detract from what was a promising start to his career, going down only to one with previous experience. He earns the vote to build on that and come out on top. Godolphin-representative Winter Crown may emerge as the chief threat, whilst Installation and Eagle Day are a couple of interesting newcomers.
