Late developer who took her form up another notch when showing a good attitude to shade a close finish in 6f Newmarket handicap on return in April. Not so good in listed races since, although poorly placed and lost a shoe latest.
Useful filly who was back to winning ways in 6f Kempton handicap in March. Not so good twice since but blinkers go on for return to handicaps/turf and she could resume progress after a break.
Dual winner again for Mark Johnston last year (latest off 2 lb higher). Should be better for Bath run 8 weeks ago for new yard and cheekpieces go on now returned to handicaps.
As good as ever when scoring at Windsor (6f) in April. Too lit up over 7f here last time and return to sprinting will suit, although this looks tough.
Added another good York effort to her tally when third over 5f 3 weeks ago, the only one of those in the front rank to hang around at the finish. 6f fine and can go well again.
First success since her debut in 5f Hamilton handicap last month, keeping on well. That is good form and she's relished the switch to sprinting this year. Got to be of firm interest up 6 lb.
Took another step forward as she easily won a 6f fillies' handicap at Ripon last month. This tougher up 6 lb/back up in class but dangerous to dismiss.
Won twice in 6f handicaps last year. Back to form when second at Windsor last month but this is tougher.
Won 6f Hamilton fillies' handicap in September and ran well at Newcastle in October. Should have come on for her return over 7f here 3 weeks ago and likely to be closer to form now.
Two from 2 since switched to 6f handicaps on turf, scoring in fine style at Salisbury again 4 weeks ago. That form is good and she should have more to offer. Leading claims now taking on her elders (3-y-os have a good record in this).

Forecasts
Makarova (7/2), Candescence (9/2), Ey Up It's Maggie (5/1), Arousing (11/2), Al Simmo (7/1), Gale Force Maya (10/1), Crazy Luck (12/1), Zim Baby (16/1), Mountain Brave (16/1), International Girl (40/1)
MAKAROVA looks a 3-y-o sprinter to keep on side and could take the step up in class in her stride with a third straight victory in handicaps. Candescence has relished the switch to sprinting this year and is a firm player. Ey Up It's Maggie should go well at this venue once more.
