Deservedly back to winning ways at Ascot (2m) in July prior to creditable placed efforts in handicaps at Nottingham/Newmarket. Ended last term below best but interesting what the market makes of him on return.
Son of Frankel who resumed winning ways at Salisbury (14f) at the start of the month and emphatically followed up at Chelmsford (13.3f) 9 days ago, leading on bridle 1f out and staying on strongly. Not ruled out for all the handicapper has had his say.
Enjoyed a smashing 2021, winning six times in bumpers/on Flat. Back on the scoreboard at Newcastle (12.5f) in March but not scaled same heights more recently.
Most progressive following switch to handicaps on AW, making it 4 wins from last 5 starts at Wolverhampton (12.2f) last month. Third boosted that form since and he's interesting from 2 lb higher now stamina is drawn out further. Turf debut.
Hasn't tasted success since bolting up on his respective return almost 2 years ago but did shape as if retaining all his ability when third on return/yard debut at Lingfield (13f) 3 weeks ago. On a handy mark if building on that. Cheekpieces reached for.
Better signs when fourth in a refitted visor here (12.3f) 3 weeks ago and similar form to land handicaps at Hamilton/Kempton (both at 12f) subsequently. Clearly in fine fettle and longer trip is within reach. Visor goes back on.
Made a sound start on AW for new yard, going in again over 2m at Kempton in March. Didn't last home (made rapid headway early final circuit) in the Chester Plate subsequently and this drop back in trip will hold no fears.
Has the ability to defy this sliding mark but he's not threatened in a trio of starts so far this year and others arrive with more compelling claims. One of 3 from this yard.

A competitive staying handicap with the vote in favour of OLD PORT. David Evans' charge has gone from strength-to-strength in all-weather handicaps since the turn of the year, gaining his fourth win from 5 starts at Wolverhampton in April, and he may have more to offer now his stamina is drawn out further. The hat-trick seeking pair Spirit Mixer and Heart of Soul head up the dangers, whilst Liverpool Knight is also worth a look on debut for his new yard.
