Foaled March 5. Sea The Stars colt. Half-brother to useful 1½m winner Time Lock (exciting prospect). Dam, 1m-1¼m winner, sister to high-class winner up to 10.4f Time Test. Cracking pedigree and no surprise if he showed up well on debut.

Roaring Lion colt out of useful 2-y-o 7f/1m winner (stayed 12.5f) for owners. 9/2, looked badly in need of the experience in 6f York maiden on recent debut, getting the idea by the end. Not the biggest but longer trip will suit and he could improve plenty.

Half-sister to 2-y-o 7f winner Red Treble from good family. Sales price rose to €110,000 last year and he shaped well on debut at York (8/1, 6f) at the Dante meeting, running green (finished a couple of places in front of Thunder Cat). Should improve.

Forecasts

One World (11/4), Eagle Day (4/1), Loyal Touch (9/2), Oh Sweet Tabu (6/1), Thunder Cat (8/1), For A Laugh (10/1), Nights Over Egypt (10/1), Leap Year Lad (14/1), Moltisanti (20/1)

Verdict

An early chance for the 2-y-os to tackle 7f and a tasty-looking novice on paper, with ONE WORLD chanced before market clues. Juveniles from the Gosden yard have been showing up well and it would be no surprise to see this well-bred colt follow suit first time up. Loyal Touch is another appealing newcomer, while Oh Sweet Tabu and Thunder Cat shaped well at the Dante meeting and could improve plenty upped in trip here.
