Sixteen runs since last win in 2020. Good second of 11 in handicap at Doncaster (7f, good to firm, 3/1) 20 days ago. Has good chance on form.
C&D winner. Sixth of 7 in handicap (33/1) at Nottingham (8.3f, good to firm) 16 days ago. Back on a good mark so dangerous if staging a revival.
Maiden winner over this trip last summer. Better effort in 1m handicaps this year when fifth of at Lingfield (AW) 14 days ago, fading late on. Drop back to 7f could help. Respected.
Winner at Wolverhampton in March. 13/2, creditable third of 9 in handicap back there (8.6f) 13 days ago, making effort earlier than ideal. Each-way claims.
Has yet to fire since coming over from France, finishing last of 11 in AW handicap when last seen in January. Would need to see market support to consider.
One win from 28 Flat runs. Eighteen runs since last win in 2019. 14/1, respectable fifth of 11 in handicap at Wolverhampton (9.5f) when last seen in February. Back down in trip.
Went backwards from reappearance when down the field over C&D 11 days ago. Others preferred.
Sixth of 8 in handicap (9/2) at Chepstow (5f, good) on reappearance 14 days ago. Significantly back up in trip. Needs a couple of these to falter.
Remains a maiden after 25 Flat runs. Respectable eighth of 15 in handicap at Chepstow (6f, good to firm, 14/1) on Tuesday. Back up in trip. 2 lb out of handicap. Wait for first success likely to go on.

Forecasts
Fangorn (6/4), Diamond Cottage (9/2), Crystal Casque (13/2), Victorious Night (15/2), James Park Woods (10/1), Headora (10/1), Silastar (11/1), Inner Circle (40/1), Major Valentine (40/1)
FANGORN is hardly one for maximum faith given his number of seconds since his sole win but he has a fair bit of class for this level and his strong-travelling style could lend itself to this hands and heels race. The drop back to 7f could suit Richard Hannon's Victorious Night and he's feared most ahead of Headora, who arrives in good form from AW.
