Course winner. Three wins from 8 runs last year. 12/1, creditable second of 9 in handicap at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 16 days ago, running on without troubling the winner. Operating 3 lb below last winning mark and claims back on turf.
Dual winner at 7f last summer who was far from disgraced when fifth in 11-runner Wolverhampton handicap (7f) in March. Not in same form dropped to 6f at Salisbury since but this rates more suitable.
Three wins from 13 runs last year. However, not at best of late, only eighth of 10 in handicap (7/2) at Bath (1m) 4 days ago. Still, mark has come down a fair way and refitted blinkers may put an extra edge on him.
4-time course winner. 20/1, eighth of 10 in handicap at Bath (1m) 2 weeks ago, possibly in need of the run on the back of 6 months off. Usual headgear goes back on now and on a workable mark in bid to land this race for second successive season.
One win from 24 Flat runs. Cheekpieces on for 1st time, creditable second of 12 in handicap at Wolverhampton (9.5f, 9/2) 45 days ago, keeping on. Should give another good account.
Tongue strap on for 1st time, creditable third of 10 in handicap at Bath (8f, good to firm, 12/1) 4 days ago, having run of race. However, maiden status is slightly off-putting here.
Remains a maiden after 25 Flat runs. 9/2, seventh of 10 in handicap at Bath (1m, good to soft) 14 days ago, possibly in need of the run. Knocked on the door on several occasions last term and now operating from career-low mark.

Luxy Lou (9/4), Dundory (10/3), Sir Plato (6/1), Arcadian Nights (6/1), Accrington Stanley (13/2), Glasvegas (8/1), Holdenhurst (11/1)
Plenty in with a shout and it may pay to side with last year's winner SIR PLATO. It's likely he needed his Bath return 2 weeks ago and, with the headgear refitted from his reduced mark, he could well be ready to revive partnered by Hollie Doyle. Arcadian Nights and Dundory, on the back of a good runs at Wolverhampton, are others fancied to figure.
