Navan maiden winner (10f, soft) back in 2020. Mixed bag in handicaps in Ireland last year and market best guide starting out for new yard on the back of 10 months off.
Enjoyed a fine 2021 scoring 3 times (including on return). Ended the season with a below-par effort at Ripon (9.7f) in August, fading over 1f out. Mark has eased ahead of return though, and dangerous to discount if allowed his own way in front.
7-time course winner. 100/1, fourteenth of 16 in handicap at Redcar (1m, soft) 21 days ago, left behind from 2f out. That was his first start for 6 months but he'll need to come on plenty for that to figure.
1m winner who posted a mixed bag in staying handicaps without getting his head in front during second half of last year. 14f likely stretched him final start but he does need to get back on track in any case.
Showed race-by-race progress in trio of maiden/novices for Kevin Ryan and caught the eye on his first 2 handicap outings for current yard. Seemed unsuited by conditions on final 2021 start but he remains one to be interested returned to a sounder surface.
Distorted Humor gelding who stepped up on his yard debut effort when 4.5 lengths fifth of 11 at Doncaster (10.2f) 4 weeks ago, carried left over 1f out but running on. Remains low-mileage and he may yet have more to offer.
Latest win at Wolverhampton in March. Creditable third of 6 in handicap (9/4) at Kempton (11f) 17 days ago, that despite being slowly in to stride. Good showing not ruled out having rare start on turf.
Lightly-raced maiden. 25/1, first run since leaving John Joseph Murphy when sixth of 9 in handicap at Newcastle (10.2f) in November. Eased 3 lb ahead of return but more needed if he's to get off the mark here.

Forecasts
Up The Tempo (3/1), Life On The Rocks (7/2), Alpine Sierra (7/2), Briardale (5/1), Arch Moon (8/1), Busby (11/1), Tommy G (16/1), Ebony Maw (50/1)
A competitive handicap with the vote in favour of the returning LIFE ON THE ROCKS. A low-mileage 4-y-o, he appeals as being on a handy mark on the pick of last season's exploits at up to this trip and, with his final effort at Chester best overlooked, he could be ready to strike. Busby and veteran Briardale may emerge as the chief threats.
