The vote goes to LOCKDOWN, who travelled well for a long way before fading in the closing stages when fifth on his reappearance over 7f at Kempton. On that evidence, this drop back in trip looks a good move and he should be a little sharper with that run under his belt. Winnetka is bound to be popular following last week's clear-cut Windsor success and, though 0-17 on the all-weather, he wasn't beaten at all far here on his penultimate start. Soyounique also merits respect.
