Promising type. Hooded, third of 11 in minor event at Windsor (10f, good, 8/1) on debut 12 days ago, faring best of those held up. May well do better and has the benefit of an experience edge over most.

Forecasts

Aimeric (15/8), Sooghan (9/4), Savvy Knight (11/2), Gaius (13/2), Soulcombe (8/1), Believe In Stars (14/1), Naval College (16/1), Space Odyssey (16/1), Sea Stone (25/1), Limited Ability (50/1), Got Carter (150/1), Willow Pillow (250/1), Uppa Towen (250/1)

Verdict

This has the makings of a very strong maiden, with some quality pedigrees on show and excellent stables represented. AIMERIC represents a red-hot stable and is bred to be at least useful, so he is marginally preferred to Space Odyssey, who has a superb middle-distance pedigree but might not be quite as tuned up. Sooghan is the clear pick of those with experience.
