Verdict

The vote goes to EPIC EXPRESS, who showed improved form here in 1m handicaps during the autumn and this drop back in trip shouldn't be an issue. He remains on a fair mark and will surely go close if fully tuned-up for this assignment. Safe Passage appears to have been brought along steadily with handicaps in mind and, now pitched into one off a lowly opening mark, she is next on the list ahead of Inclement Weather and Magicinthemaking.
