Belatedly shed maiden tag when landing 5f Southwell minor event in January. However, hasn't scaled same heights on AW since, below form sixth of 12 back at that venue last month.
C&D winner who landed back-to-back 5f handicaps at Nottingham/Haydock last summer. Never figured final 2 starts but mark has eased ahead of return and she shouldn't be ruled out.
Winner at Wolverhampton (6f) in July and best effort thereafter when third in a C&D handicap in September, racing off the pace but keeping on. Merely ticked over on AW thereafter but now operating from career-low mark and gone well fresh previously.
Ended 2020 with success at Nottingham (5f, soft) and solid enough return when fourth at Haydock (5f) last summer. Proved disappointing thereafter though, and never threatened on last month's return at LIngfield. Blinkered.
Twelve runs since last win in 2020. Respectable sixth of 16 in handicap at Bath (5f, good) in October, keeping on when short of room inside final 1f. Operating on a workable mark if putting it all together.
Latest win here (6f, soft) in October. Tenth of 13 in handicap (14/1) at Newcastle (6f) in November, headed approaching 2f out and weakening. No surprise to see him bounce back returned to turf.
18/1, creditable fourth of 12 in handicap at Redcar (6f, good to soft) in October, racing off the pace but finishing well. Returns for new yard with promising apprentice booked and work a second look.
Latest win at Musselburgh (5f, heavy) in October. 50/1, seventh of 11 in handicap on return from 4 months off at Newcastle (5f) 27 days ago, plugging on without posing a threat.
Remains a maiden but he arrives in good order, beaten only by another in-form sort in handicap at Newcastle (5f, 9/1) 12 days ago. On a workable mark and forecast conditions will hold no fears. Player.
Twenty seven runs since last win in 2018. First run since leaving Phillip Makin when eighth of 9 in handicap at Newcastle (6f, 66/1) 21 days ago. This should reveal more.
Remains a maiden after 17 Flat runs and he again never threatened when fifth in 10-runner Southwell minor event (6f) last month. Others preferred bac on turf.
C&D winner. Two wins from 45 Flat runs. Seventh of 11 in minor event (8/1) at Southwell (5f) 41 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Needs to step up on recent efforts to figure.
Cheekpieces on for 1st time, eleventh of 12 in handicap at Musselburgh (5f, good, 66/1) when last seen in August 2021. Hasn't showed enough to be of interest on return to action now.
Guitafan filly who showed a bit on second of 3 starts in AW novice/maiden events during second half of last year (standout effort at 5f). Market may prove the best guide now handicapping.
C&D winner. Seventeen runs since last win in 2020. 80/1, last of 9 in handicap at Newcastle (5f) 41 days ago, ridden halfway and soon beaten. Hard to fancy.

Forecasts
Elzaal (11/4), Spanish Angel (9/2), Twice Adaay (6/1), Stronsay (17/2), Saras Hope (17/2), The Gloaming (11/1), Bluella (14/1), Tantastic (16/1), Boudica Bay (16/1), Prince of Rome (18/1), Giant Steps (33/1), Jungle Inthebungle (40/1), Isle Of Dreams (66/1), Tiltilys Rock (80/1), Glen Lomond (150/1)
ELZAAL remains a maiden but he arrives here in excellent form, seen off only by another in-form sort at Newcastle (5f) 12 days ago, and he could well be up to getting off the mark back on turf from a handy draw. Twice Adaay, on debut for Adrian Nicholls, Spanish Angel, from a career-low mark, and Prince of Rome head up the dangers.
- Elzaal11/4
- Twice Adaay6/1
