Useful gelding, on a long losing run. Ran well in the Lincoln on return last season from 11 lb higher and could be in the mix if high draw doesn't inconvenience him.
Real success for Tim Easterby last spring, landing a hat-trick. Rare try over 1m on return and goes from a high draw. Might be better for the run.
Some good efforts in a winless 2021, including a third in the Lincoln. Well held in latest renewal 9 days ago and needs a revival.
Dual winner over this trip for Hugo Palmer (sold 18,000 gns). Ran well here on return last season and not dismissed.
Won at Epsom and Haydock last summer. Off 171 days. Could have more to offer this term but returns in very competitive contest.
Three-time winner in 2021 under this rider (over C&D final occasion). Ran well behind Delgrey Boy over C&D off this mark final start but might need this on comeback.
Won twice in 2021, including big-field 7f Doncaster handicap under this rider. Seemed to run out of petrol but fared well all the same in the Lincoln there 9 days ago. Same mark and well drawn here.
Impressive winner of 9f Musselburgh maiden last spring. Off 9 months. First run for yard after leaving Liam Bailey. Bit to find on return and should come on for the run.
Made all at Epsom in September for new yard. Off 4 months and 22/1, ninth of 10 in handicap at Kempton (8f) 57 days ago. Should strip fitter for that but will find it hard to dominate this field.
Won 3 times last season, including the final of the straight-mile series handicaps over C&D in October. Career-high mark to contend with on return and inexperienced claimer up.
Held his own after last May's Haydock win. Sold from Charles Hills 52,000 gns in October. Good efforts from new trainer's runners so far and could go well on return.
Fairly useful and progressive on the Flat up to 1m. Held on hurdles debut 4 weeks ago but should be more at home back on the level (first go in a big-field handicap) and he's well drawn. Interesting.
Won at Pontefract and Haydock over this trip last season. Held over hurdles on first run for new yard 93 days ago and work to do here from stall 15.
Had a busy 2021, winning twice at Beverley early on. Has dipped in the weights ahead of return but will find easier openings.
Won at Southwell early in January 2021. Badly out of sorts when last seen but has tumbled in the weights.
Four wins (all in Scotland) from 15 runs last year. Should pay his way again this term but highest draw to contend with on return and might be best watched.

IL BANDITO held his form really well last season and could give his new handler his first win if hitting the ground running. Broken Spear ran well in the Lincoln and is worth another chance over this trip from a good draw. Lightening Company has few miles on the clock and looks another interesting contender.
