Well placed by new connections to land brace of small-field handcaps over fences this winter. Up 7 lb but clearly arrives in top form.
Multiple hurdles winner who ran his best race over fences to date (jumped better than previously) when third at Newcastle in January. Reverted back to type with a sloppy display at Wetherby.
Scored over 3m at Hexham in June and posted another good run when second at Doncaster in January. Must cast aside a lesser display at Newcastle.
Progressive chaser who completed the hat-trick at Sedgefield 12 days ago, well on top at the finish. 10 lb rise may not prevent further success given rate of progress.
Confirmed promise of Newcastle run when cashing in on a career-low mark at Leicester in January. Continued good work since, following up at Ayr before excellent second at Newcastle.
Low-mileage 8-y-o who scored for the first time away from Kelso at Catterick a month ago, proving 5 lengths too strong for the re-opposing Event of Sivola. Likely to give it another good go.
Ex-French chaser who regained the winning thread at Ayr (3m) in October. Hasn't scaled same heights since, but runner-up effort to Chanting Hill was more like it.
Good start for new yard, recording win number 2 since December in a 26f handicap here a month ago. Up 5 lb in a deeper race but no reason why he won't give it another good shot.
Bolted up on debut for this yard at Hexham in November and better form when twice runner-up from higher marks since, latterly behind No Cruise Yet here a month ago.
Upped his game on back of a wind op when landing back-to-back Hexham handicaps in March. Largely creditable efforts in defeat since, but current mark leaves little margin for error.
Posted career best when winning 9-runner handicap chase at Kelso (23.4f, soft) last month. Placed twice since but they were much weaker races and he's miles out of the weights.

Forecasts
No Cruise Yet (3/1), Powerful Position (9/2), Kaphumor (5/1), Just Don't Know (11/2), Chanting Hill (10/1), Mr Scrumpy (11/1), Magna Sam (12/1), Event Of Sivola (14/1), Speak Of The Devil (20/1), Real Armani (22/1), To The Limit (50/1)
POWERFUL POSITION arrives on a steep upward curve so a 10 lb rise may not prevent the 4-timer. Just Don't Know is also in top form so is feared most, while Chanting Hill jumped much better at Catterick last time and is a player if keeping the errors at bay again.
- Just Don't Know11/2
- Chanting Hill10/1
