Untrustworthy individual. Latest win at Southwell in January. 14/1 and blinkered for 1st time, last of 9 in handicap at Newcastle (8f) 10 days ago, doing too much too soon. Looks vulnerable.
Three-time C&D winner. Thirteen runs since last win in 2021. 33/1, first run since leaving Mike Murphy when sixth of 7 in handicap at this course (9.5f) 13 days ago. Needs to bounce back.
Three wins from 13 runs last year. 20/1, last of 6 in handicap at Lingfield (10f, AW) 31 days ago, folding. Has fallen to a workable mark and he's not discounted.
C&D winner. Latest win here in February. 5/2, very good second of 11 in handicap at Southwell (6.1f) 12 days ago. Significantly back up in trip and he's one for the shortlist.
C&D winner. Two wins from 2 runs last year. Fourth of 5 in handicap at Kempton (8f, 25/1) 16 days ago, slowly away. Bit to prove at present.
14/1, first run since leaving M. G. Mintchev when last of 9 in handicap at this course (7.2f) on UK debut 25 days ago. Back up in trip. Best to look elsewhere.
One win from 22 Flat runs. 20/1, first run since leaving K. R. Burke when sixth of 9 in handicap at Southwell (7.1f) 14 days ago. Back up in trip. Minor place money is the best he can hope for.
C&D winner. Sixth of 7 in handicap (20/1) at Southwell (7.1f), slowly away. Off 12 months and upped in trip having rejoined former yard. Others make more appeal.
C&D winner. Fourth of 7 in handicap (15/2) at this C&D 32 days ago. First run for yard after leaving James Unett and needs considering off this reduced mark.

Forecasts
Voltaic (11/10), Pope Gregory (11/2), Dark Company (6/1), Plumette (9/1), Glasvegas (10/1), Universal Effect (14/1), Cityzen Serg (16/1), Distinction (18/1), Lednikov (50/1)
On recent evidence VOLTAIC is much the most likely winner of this contest. He opened his all-weather account over this C&D a couple of weeks ago prior to finding just one too good dropped back to 6f at Southwell a day later. Pope Gregory shaped pretty well starting out for this yard following a break here and is next on the list ahead of Glasvegas, who has edged down to an attractive mark.
