FIDDLERONTHEROOF produced an effort that would put him on the fringes of Gold Cup class when just failing in the Ladbrokes Trophy at Newbury in November and he's taken to go one place better in this less competitive affair. Caribean Boy looked as good as ever when scoring at Kempton 5 weeks ago and is next best ahead of Fortescue, who arrives on the back of a good third in the Peter Marsh.
