Most progressive across the last two seasons, winning 5 of his last 8 starts, including a career-best to score over C&D latest. This is deeper but his good attitude should continue to serve him well.
Largely held his form this season despite his veteran status, though was below-par at Southwell last time. Placed from similar mark at Chepstow in December but looks vulnerable for win purposes again.
Started well for this yard, following his Ffos Las win in October with a pair of creditable efforts. No obvious excuse regarding poor display last time, but he's not out of it if able to bounce back.
Seemingly rejuvenated by blinkers when an encouraging third at Wincanton 3 weeks ago. Races from same mark here and remains eye-catchingly well handicapped on his best form. Can't be dismissed.
Hit the line powerfully when off mark in Newcastle novice last time and looks sure to benefit for the step up to 3m. More needed from this opening mark but remains unexposed.
Won twice at Fakenham this season and should've also won Ludlow last time, outbattled after losing momentum with a scruffy jump at the last. This is a tougher test, for all she may still improve.
Career best when making all at Plumpton under this rider last week and looks to be the one to beat here racing from the same mark (jockey even able to claim 1 lb more this time).
Has generally looked laboured over fences this season, though his jumping was more of a concern when third at this course last month. Leap of faith required for the return to hurdling to spark him up.
Placed on first 3 starts this season but clearly wasn't right at Haydock last time. Largely consistent prior to that and shouldn't be too surprising if he was bounce back quickly here.

Forecasts
Scarpia (6/4), Lord Roco (11/2), Terresita (11/2), Welsh Saint (7/1), Moon King (10/1), Faire Part Sivola (11/1), The Macon Lugnatic (14/1), Sultans Pride (18/1), Danny Whizzbang (25/1), Dell' Arca (40/1)
SCARPIA was able to dictate under Nathan Brennan at Plumpton last week and makes obvious appeal to follow up given he's unpenalised for that success. Welsh Saint stopped the slide in first-time blinkers last time and is a well-treated horse if they have same effect here, whilst handicap-debutant Lord Roco is sure to appreciate the step up in trip.
