Losing run is mounting up but dropped biggest hint for a while he's ready to strike when just touched off at Wolverhampton (5f) 7 days ago, finishing well from a wide draw. Big shout back up at 6f.
Fifth of 8 in handicap at Southwell (5f) 14 days ago, switched over 1f out but making no impression. Had previously shaped well when runner-up over this trip at Kempton and not dismissed.
Hooded for 1st time, eleventh of 12 in handicap at Wolverhampton (6.1f, 20/1) 21 days ago. That came on the back of 5 months off but he'll need to step up plenty on that to figure.
Enjoyed a productive 2021, gaining fourth career success over 5f at Chelmsford in September. Not scaled same heights from inflated mark more recently and this demands a bit more.
Winner at Chepstow (6f) in September. Did too much too soon at Brighton next time and ran well at Wolverhampton next time, second past the post but demoted for causing interference. Not ruled out.
3-time C&D winner. Fourteen runs since last win in 2021. Respectable fourth of 10 in a C&D handicap 8 days ago. Each-way possibilities from this sort of mark.
Landed back-to-back 6f handicaps on turf in Ireland last summer. Steadily coming to hand for new yard, keeping on for fifth in a C&D handicap 12 days ago having not been well placed. Not ruled out.
Losing run stretches back to 2018 but ran well from much-reduced mark when beaten only by a similarly well-treated sort at Wolverhampton (6f) 7 days ago. One to be interested in on the back of that.
Landed back-to-back handicaps at upto 7f on turf here last summer. However, not returned in same groove on all-weather this winter and others arrive with more pressing claims despite sliding mark.

Forecasts
Deputise (5/2), El Hombre (3/1), Mobarhin (7/2), Bezzas Lad (8/1), The Cola Kid (17/2), Dewey Road (12/1), Cappananty Con (12/1), La Roca Del Fuego (40/1), Moosmee (50/1)
EL HOMBRE is a while without a win but highlighted he's ready to strike from his reduced mark when runner-up at Wolverhampton (5f) 7 days ago, finishing best to go down by a neck. The return to 6f rates a plus and he gets the nod to come out on top again partnered by Joanna Mason. Deputise, who boasts a similar profile to the selection, and low-mileage Mobarhin can pose the chief threats.
