€38,000 3-y-o, Jeremy gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, notably useful chaser Arctic Skipper. Dual points winner in 2019, so he's no forlorn hope despite his absence. Worth a market check.

Winning pointer who (9/2) shaped really well on his yard bow when third of 15 in bumper here 33 days ago, set lot to do and finishing strongly. Well worth a second look on his hurdles debut.

Forecasts

Dom Of Mary (11/10), Mahon Point (9/4), Crossing Lines (7/2), Helios De Grugy (10/1), Sam's The Man (22/1), Largy Nights (22/1), Jukebox Junior (125/1), Tis But A Scratch (150/1)

Verdict

DOM OF MARY shaped well under a patient ride when fourth on his hurdling debut at Newbury so this point/bumper scorer is fancied to take a step forward now and open his account in this sphere. Mahon Point can also boast a point win and is feared most after his promising bumper third for Fergal O'Brien. Fellow hurdling newcomer Helios de Grugy and the returning Crossing Lines need considering too.

  1. DOM OF MARY (FR)
  2. MAHON POINT
  3. HELIOS DE GRUGY (FR)
