Out of a bumper winner and followed suit with a cosy success on debut at Carlisle almost 2 months ago. Makes obvious appeal despite the penalty.
Nicely bred and quickened up well to score comfortably first time out at Hexham 8 months ago, so warrants consideration for all improvement is required if she's to defy a penalty.
Down the field first two outings, so hard to make any sort of case for.
Phoenix Reach gelding. Half-brother to bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler Bucko's Boy. Bred to be competitive in this discipline, so no forlorn hope on debut.
£6,500 3-y-o, Getaway gelding. Dam, maiden pointer, sister to fairly useful chaser (stayed 2½m) Royal Macnab. Likely to come good further down the line.
£24,000 3-y-o, £12,000 4-y-o, Cloudings gelding. Dam (c105/h112), 19f hurdle winner, half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser (stays 19f) Shakem Up'arry.
€40,000 3-y-o, Flemensfirth gelding. Brother to fairly useful hurdler Blanketontheground, and half-brother to 2 winners, including fair hurdler Tide Times. Makes plenty of appeal on paper.
£1,000 3-y-o, Schiaparelli gelding. Dam, ran once in point, sister to fairly useful hurdler/fair chaser (stayed 3¼m) Tarabela. Doesn't make much appeal on paper.
€35,000 3-y-o, £90,000 4-y-o, Getaway gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdler Golden Milan. Off the mark at the second attempt in points and likely to be tuned up for this Rules debut.
Runner-up sole start in Irish points and offered something to work on when fifth in a Newbury bumper 53 days ago. Should do better, particularly if there is more emphasis on stamina.
€48,000 3-y-o, Flemensfirth gelding. Half-brother to bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler Smitty Bacall, stays 25f, and bumper winner Palm Sur. Eye-catching pedigree and stable should have him ready.
No show in two bumpers to date, so set for another struggle.

Phantom Getaway (2/1), Basford (4/1), Grey Dawning (9/2), Sporting Ace (11/2), Fringill Dike (8/1), Sullivan's Brow (17/2), Phil The Sock (14/1), Bucksome (20/1), Mad About Sally (25/1), Copper Beach (40/1), Derwent Dealer (66/1), Parelliroc (66/1), Bobs Teal (200/1), Countess Olivia (200/1)
PHANTOM GETAWAY was quite an expensive purchase on the back of a point victory and has joined a stable that boasts a solid record with bumper debutants, so he gets the marginal vote in what could prove to be a strong race. Basford is an obvious danger on the back of a successful debut at Carlisle, while Dan Skelton's representative, Grey Dawning, also makes plenty of appeal on paper.
