Ascot De Bruyere^b²²²

3/1

Enhanced good record at this track when readily making all in C&D handicap on last season's return. In and out after, but goes well fresh and has had a wind op.

4/5

Gambled on and back to form to end losing run in 6-runner handicap chase at Kelso (17.1f, soft) 12 days ago, staying on well. That was an ordinary event but so is this.

Form: 566641

Ramonex^p,t²³¹

Age: 10| Weight: 10-13| J: Lily Pinchin| T: R Hobson| OR: 110WS

10/3

Fairly useful chaser who produced only one respectable effort last season and even that was rather laboured. Returns after a wind op.

Form: 1/7P44P-

Charlie Snow Angel^p,t¹³

Age: 12| Weight: 10-0| J: Bruce Lynn| T: Miss S E Forster| OR: 97| CD

20/1

Won this in 2019 and scored at Kelso last winter, but he's hard to rely upon, failing to complete last 3 starts (fell heavily at Hexham 2 weeks ago). Headgear back on.

Form: 184-FPF

Forecasts

Brelan D'As (4/5), Ascot De Bruyere (3/1), Ramonex (10/3), Charlie Snow Angel (20/1)

BRELAN D'AS took advantage of his much-reduced mark at Kelso 12 days ago and this looks another good opportunity. Course-regular Ascot de Bruyere has a good record fresh and is the clear danger.
