Verdict

A chance is taken on the well-bred FINE LACE leaving her recent turf debut run behind as the fact she was was prominent in the betting in that big field suggests that a bigger performance was anticipated. Joseph O'Brien's Gudrid could pose a threat if recapturing the level of her debut run in the spring. Jacque Sullivan showed a bit when fourth over C&D recently and is also on the shortlist.
