Latest win at Newcastle in June. Continues in good heart, fourth of 18 in handicap at York (10.2f, soft, 6/1) 24 days ago, well positioned.
3 wins from 17 runs this year. 11/1, career best when winning 10-runner handicap at Nottingham (10.2f, good) 34 days ago, digging deep. Warrants respect.
Latest win at Ripon in June. Good fifth of 18 in handicap (16/1) at York (10.2f, soft) 24 days ago, slowly away before running into significant trouble. Expected to be bang there.
C&D winner. Operating well below best at present, thirteenth of 18 in handicap (16/1) at York (10.2f, soft) 24 days ago.
8/1, last of 10 in handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter (15.8f, good to soft) 30 days ago. Fairly useful on the Flat, below form on last Flat outing. Something to find on form.
17/2, creditable 1¾ lengths fourth of 11 to Barshaa in handicap at Bath (8f, good to soft) 15 days ago, sticking to task. Up in trip.
7/1, good second of 7 in handicap at Yarmouth (10.1f, good) 47 days ago. On a handy mark if he can build on that.
Bit below form fourth of 8 in handicap at this course (8f, good to soft, 16/1) 8 days ago. Up in trip.
2 wins from 6 runs this year. Career best when winning 11-runner handicap at Bath (8f, good to soft, 9/2) 15 days ago, better placed than most. Likely to be fully effective at this longer trip.
Latest win at Beverley in June. Found run of good form coming to a halt back on softer ground when eighth of 11 in handicap at Pontefract (10f, heavy, 8/1) 15 days ago. Conditions a concern again.

Forecasts
Dubai Souq (9/4), Spirit Dancer (4/1), Baryshnikov (9/2), Barshaa (11/2), Howzer Black (9/1), First Impression (11/1), Last Sunset (16/1), Poet's Dawn (20/1), Where's Jeff (20/1), Simply True (100/1)
BARYSHNIKOV was unlucky not to finish closer when fifth in a big field at York last month, running into significant trouble just when he seemed to be arriving onto the scene, so could be ready to strike again. Improving 3-y-o filly Barshaa is an obvious threat as she bids for the hat-trick going up in trip, while Dubai Souq took a step back in the right direction when runner-up at Yarmouth.
