Ascot specialist who looked in need of a stronger gallop when midfield at York 15 days ago. Others are more persuasive.
Hasn't had the rub of the green this season, having excuses at York the last twice, so not completely discounted from a sliding mark.
Right at the top of his game for Adrian Nicholls when last seen but that was two years ago and the handicapper hasn't given him much of a chance despite the absence.
Dual winner this term who wasn't on his game last time but should benefit from the return to testing conditions, so can't be completely dismissed.
Gained fourth win of the campaign at Chester (7.6f) in August and right back on track when second to Zip at Musselburgh 12 days ago. Conditions are no issue, so he should give another good account.
Back to winning ways at Thirsk (7f, heavy) in May and mostly better than the result since, including when sixth of 20 at York (had a lot to do) recently. Nicely treated if everything drops right.
Cheekpieces fitted when easily doubling his tally at Kempton in August and not at all disgraced when fifth at Newbury on handicap bow since. Still unexposed and drop back in trip should suit.
C&D winner. 4/1, career best when winning 11-runner handicap at Musselburgh (7.2f, heavy) 12 days ago by neck from Fools Rush In, driven out. Likeable sort who should go well again.
Useful sort who posted his best effort to date when a never-nearer second at Ascot last time. Solid gallop is on the cards and he's relatively unexposed, so worth taking a chance on.
Latest win at York in May. Had held form lately without appearing to have much in hand, albeit faring best of those up with the pace when third at Leicester 11 days ago. Likely to prove vulnerable.
Made a winning reappearance in 6f course handicap but more miss than hit subsequently, last of 7 over C&D 44 days ago. Bit to prove.
Quickly back to form when scoring by a narrow margin at Chester 28 days ago. Unexposed at this trip and has won on soft in the past, so could make his presence felt after a small rise.
Quirky sort who finds it hard to get his head in front and arrives on the back of a sub-standard showing at Catterick a week ago, so others are more persuasive.

Forecasts
Another Batt (9/2), Ibiza Rocks (9/2), Mo'assess (11/2), Walhaan (8/1), Wobwobwob (17/2), Zip (9/1), Hafeet Alain (10/1), Admirality (11/1), Fools Rush In (14/1), Cold Stare (16/1), Tammani (20/1), Orbaan (22/1), Raising Sand (22/1), Seven Brothers (28/1), Roundhay Park (33/1)
IBIZA ROCKS is the least exposed and arrives on the back of an improved showing when second in a competitive event at Ascot earlier in the month, so he gets the nod ahead of recent Musselburgh winner Zip. Another Batt could also make his presence felt if the run of the race plays to his strengths.
