6/5, career best when winning 12-runner handicap at Chelmsford City (6f) 5 days ago, kept up to work. Has to be taken seriously under a penalty.
Lightly-raced winner. 12/1, career best when winning 11-runner handicap at Chelmsford City (6f) 5 days ago, easily. Looks the one to beat with a decent apprentice taking 5 lb off his penalty.
Tenth of 13 in handicap at Leicester (7f, good, 16/1) 24 days ago, not ideally placed. Visor on 1st time. Needs a couple of these to falter.
Sixth of 7 in handicap at Bath (5f, good, 15/2) 17 days ago. Others more persuasive.
Creditable 4 lengths sixth of 12 to Big Impact in handicap (18/1) at Chelmsford City (6f) 5 days ago. Cheekpieces on 1st time. Not easy to make a case for.
5/2, respectable 1½ lengths third of 6 to Ocean Wilde in handicap at this course (5.3f, good to soft) 53 days ago. Others preferred.
Bit below form fifth of 15 in handicap at Yarmouth (6f, good to firm, 7/2) 51 days ago. First run for yard after leaving Jane Chapple-Hyam. Looks competitive on form.
C&D winner. Twenty seven runs since last win in 2019. Creditable third of 6 in handicap (11/2) at this course (5.3f, good to firm) 31 days ago, suited by strong pace. Others more persuasive.
Course winner. Winner here in August. 25/1, creditable 4½ lengths third of 11 to Big Bard in handicap at Chelmsford City (6f) 5 days ago. Visor back on. Each-way claims.
Twenty three runs since last win in 2019. 125/1, 12¼ lengths ninth of 11 to Big Bard in handicap at Chelmsford City (6f) 5 days ago.
Remains a maiden after 21 Flat runs. 7/1, sixth of 8 in handicap at this course (8f, heavy) 9 days ago. Back down in trip.

Forecasts
Big Impact (7/4), Big Bard (2/1), Lady Amalthea (13/2), Million Reasons (12/1), Jaffathegaffa (14/1), Ocean Wilde (14/1), Cappananty Con (22/1), Our Man In Havana (25/1), Essaka (28/1), Campachoochoo (33/1), Hurricane Alert (250/1)
BIG BARD looks far more progressive than his rivals here and whilst he carries a 6 lb penalty for his Chelmsford victory at the weekend, that is eased by the valuable 5 lb claimed by his apprentice. He should take another step forward and looks the one to beat. Big Impact won well himself at the same meeting on Saturday and has to be feared. Course winner Ocean Wilde has each-way claims too.
- BIG BARD
- BIG IMPACT
- OCEAN WILDE
