Winner at Bath in June. 8/1, creditable fifth of 9 in nursery at Haydock (5f, good to firm) 17 days ago, needing stiffer test. Expected to be bang there now back up in trip.
2 wins from 6 runs this year. Stiff task when eleventh in listed race at Ayr (5f) 24 days ago, and not discounted back in handicap company for her tapeta debut.
10/3, career best when winning 8-runner nursery at this C&D 37 days ago, making all and finding plenty. May do better still, so he's well in the mix again despite 5 lb rise.
Cheekpieces on for 1st time, career best when winning 6-runner nursery at Pontefract (6f, good) 38 days ago, well on top at the finish. Up 5 lb but he merits consideration on his tapeta debut.
Winner at Chester in May but only fifth of 7 in nursery at Chester (6.1f, good) 16 days ago. Others more persuasive.
Latest win at Lingfield in June. 12/1, eleventh of 12 in nursery at Newmarket (6f, good to firm) 72 days ago on final run for Mark Johnston. Needs to get back on track on her yard/tapeta debut.
Winner at Lingfield in May. 3/1, last of 5 in nursery at Catterick (6f, good to firm) 56 days ago. Has work to do on his first go on toapeta.
Fair maiden. Stiff task in valuable minor event at York (6f, 80/1) 53 days ago. Since gelded, and he's no forlorn hope making his tapeta/handicap bow now.
Lightly-raced maiden. Creditable fourth of 8 in nursery at Carlisle (5.8f, good to firm) 33 days ago, faring best of those ridden prominently. Can't be ruled out now tried on tapeta and eased 1 lb.
Cheekpieces on for 1st time, last of 15 in nursery at Ayr (6f, good to firm) 24 days ago. Not dismissed if shrugging off that effort on his first run on tapeta.

Mohi (11/4), Kingboard Star (16/5), Kit Gabriel (4/1), Poet (6/1), Golden Rainbow (15/2), Big Boy Harley (9/1), Ellade (10/1), Mercurial (22/1), Final Account (22/1), Costa Adeje (25/1), Lady Ayresome (28/1)
A case can be made for a few of these, but Ed Walker has his string in good nick and his KINGBOARD STAR shaped as though this return to 6f would really suit when fifth at Haydock so gets the nod. Both Mohi and Kit Gabriel arrive on the back of recent victories over C&D and at Pontefract respectively and are greatly feared in a competiitve nursery, while Big Boy Harley is another for the shortlist.
