Quirky sort. 5-time C&D winner. 200/1, bounced back to form when second of 7 in handicap at Wolverhampton (12.2f) 30 days ago. Task is now to back up that effort here nudged up in the weights.
Latest win at Kempton in April. 11/4, too bad to be true when last of 5 in handicap at Ascot (12f, good to firm) 31 days ago. Tongue strap on 1st time. Has good chance if leaving that well behind.
Useful sort who was 2-2 in 1½m Ascot handicaps last season. Excuses in Old Rowley Cup at Newmarket on final outing, so no surprise if he's back on the up after 12 months off. Gelded since last seen.
7/1, ran well when fourth of 6 in handicap at Yarmouth (14.1f, good) 18 days ago, not seeing things out as well as promised. Visor on for 1st time to try and eke out that bit extra.
Dual scorer at Nottingham and Haydock in 2021 who posted another good effort when second of 6 in handicap at Newmarket (10f, good) 58 days ago. Not dismissed off an unchanged mark.
Temperamental sort. C&D winner. ran one of lesser races when last of 7 in handicap at Yarmouth (10.1f, good, 16/1) 18 days ago, slowly away. Just 1 lb above last winning mark so not ruled out.
Newmarket winner in May and acquitted himself well at Royal Ascot. Got back on track in a first-time tongue strap when runner-up at Goodwood in August and similar form when fifth at Newbury since.
10/1, career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Wolverhampton (12.2f) 14 days ago, having run of race. 4 lb rise for that and she probably need to step forward again.
6-time course winner. Improved on recent efforts to win 10-runner handicap at this course (10f, AW, 25/1) 13 days ago, leading final 100 yds and well on top finish. 6 lb rise demands more.

Forecasts
Shandoz (9/4), My Frankel (3/1), Without Revenge (4/1), Sir Rumi (11/2), Bodyline (14/1), Basilicata (14/1), Protected Guest (16/1), Petite Jack (25/1), Noble Peace (28/1)
The ones at the top of the weights could be worth focusing on here, with the vote going to MY FRANKEL. Sir Michael Stoute's charge ran too badly to be true at Ascot last month and, with his mark easing a shade further, he can get back to winning ways. 5-time C&D winner Petite Jack is feared most having bounced back to form from out of the blue at Wolverhampton last time, ahead of Shandoz.
- MY FRANKEL
- PETITE JACK
- SHANDOZ
