Improved again this term, adding to his tally at Haydock (1m) in June. Undone by change of tactics enforced by a slow start when last of 6 at Ripon (1m) 2 weeks ago and type to bounce back.
Latest win at Redcar (7f) in April. However, recent efforts not so inspiring, only ninth of 13 in handicap at Thirsk (7f) on back of a wind op 4 weeks ago. Mark is steadily easing at least.
Enjoying a productive season, landing back-to-back Carlisle handicap (7.8f) in May/June and turned in another solid display when runner-up at that venue 26 days ago. 2 lb higher now but claims again.
Course winner who has fallen n weights and ran best race for a while when close-up third over C&D 2 starts ago. Musselburgh display on the back of that was disappointing but bounce back not ruled out
Bright start for this yard, showing a determined attitude to gain third success of season from another in-form sort at Carlisle (7.8f) 10 days ago. Not ruled out in this groove.
Added a couple of C&D victories to his C.V this summer and again ran well when second at Musselburgh (7f) on penultimate start. Latest run back here easily overlooked but career-high mark to defy here
Back-to-back winner of Newcastle handicaps (1m) last autumn. Fairly low-key efforts in 2 starts on turf this summer and whilst his mark is easing, a return to all-weather may suit ideally.
Low-mileage 4-y-o who has yet to match form of his AW debut effort last year in pair of turf start this summer, third at Salisbury (7f) 16 days ago. Still, in good hands and handicaps more suitable.
4-time C&D winner who ended losing run here in July. However, he wasn't in the same form when midfield in 10-runner affair back here 17 days ago.

Forecasts
Arranmore (5/2), Hayadh (11/2), Ugo Gregory (7/1), Tangled (7/1), Rains Of Castamere (7/1), Good Humor (9/1), Proud Archi (11/1), Danielsflyer (14/1), La Rav (16/1)
A competitive handicap with the vote in favour of TANGLED. He's enjoying a good campaign, successful twice at Carlisle and running right up to his best when just failing back at that venue earlier this month. He can go well again, with Arranmore and Good Humour a couple of others to consider. Hayadh completes the shortlist.
- TANGLED (IRE)
- ARRANMORE
- GOOD HUMOR
