Smart horse who has added an Ascot listed and Epsom Group 3 (both 1m) to his tally this term. Good third to Safe Voyage in 7f listed race at Chester last time, so no forlorn hope.
Queen Anne winner in 2018. Still plenty of life in him and arrives on the back of a cosy handicap success at Goodwood. Not an obvious sort to follow up returned to pattern company, though.
Placed twice at Group 2 level last year and firmly back on track when third in the Criterion Stakes at Newmarket 47 days ago. Will need everything to drop right if he's to land this, however.
7f Wolverhampton listed winner in March and largely in good form since, fourth of 9 to Glorious Journey in 7f Criterion Stakes at Newmarket in June. More is required here, however.
Progressed well in handicaps last season, winning 4 times at up to 12f. Good efforts in Easter Classic and Huxley Stakes but below best in Wolferton at Royal Ascot since and this is another tough ask.
Big improver last year and every bit as good this term. Third in the Queen Anne at Royal Ascot, then not seen to best effect in the Summer Mile at same course next time. Solid claims.
Impressive when landing 1m listed event at Windsor in May and backed that up with third s in the Wolferton Stakes and a listed race at Newbury since. Should give another good account.
Useful 2yo who was turned over at 1/5 in a novice at Newcastle on reappearance but has been given a break since and remains with some potential.
Smart colt who followed a listed success at Newcastle with an excellent second in the Dante at York. Underperformed in the French Derby since but this is more realistic.
Doubled his tally for the campaign in Britannia at Royal Ascot and has shaped as if still in form since, not ideally placed when fourth in Thoroughbred Stakes at Goodwood last time.

Forecasts
Megallan (7/4), Solid Stone (7/2), Sir Busker (13/2), Duke Of Hazzard (15/2), Perotto (9/1), King Vega (14/1), Accidental Agent (22/1), Palavecino (22/1), Mums Tipple (28/1), Oh This Is Us (28/1)
MEGALLAN's Dante second sticks in the mind and he's easily excused for not landing a telling blow in the French Derby subsequently. This lightly raced colt is fancied to get back on the up and get the better of more exposed sorts, such as Sir Busker and Solid Stone, who should both give a good account of themselves.
