Made it 3-4 this year when making all in 5-runner handicap at Yarmouth (11.5f) last month, dictating. Should prove at least as effective over this longer trip but back up 8 lb now.
C&D winner who registered his sixth success of 2021 in 4-runner handicap at Catterick (2m) 18 days ago, dictating in front. Had bit in tank there so sure to go well again up 3 lb.
Has been a revelation since joining this stable, bagging fifth win over C&D last month. Good second at Ayr (13f) since and fancied to be thereabouts again despite having career-high mark to overcome.
It's now 11 runs since his last win but he got back on track when fifth of 6 in handicap at Ayr (10f) 21 days ago. This longer trip should prove within his compass so he's shortlisted eased 2 lb.
Consistent performer who typically gave his running when third of 12 in 1m2f handicap at Chester 15 days ago. Races prominently, and ought to be competitive again off the same mark.
Right back on track to win 4-runner handicap over C&D 27 days ago by neck from Let Me Be, well ridden in a falsely-run race. Can give another good account.
Winless this term but he arrives in good nick, third of 7 in 1m6f handicap at Haydock 9 days ago. Usually held up and likely to have race run to suit, so merits serious consideration eased 1 lb now.
Course winner who completed his hat-trick in 13f handicap at Hamilton 15 days ago, always to the fore and just holding on. Not taken lightly despite 3 lb rise.
Dual winner over 1m for Clive Cox last summer. Largely below par over hurdles for new yard and also on sole outing in this sphere when only sixth at Carlisle. Others are preferred.
Winless in this sphere since 2019 but he bagged 2m handicap hurdle at Perth earlier in the month. Also twice placed here this summer, so he shouldn't be underestimated back on the level.

Forecasts
Hint Of Stars (5/2), Wise Eagle (9/2), Let Me Be (11/2), Gabrial The One (7/1), Glasses Up (15/2), The Navigator (9/1), Euro Implosion (12/1), Red Missile (18/1), Sarvi (33/1), Willy Nilly (50/1)
A competitive handicap but THE NAVIGATOR gets the nod given he arrives on a handy mark and could have the race run to suit with several front runners in the field. Hint of Stars could emerge best of the pace-setters with untapped potential at this trip, while Gabrial The One and Glasses Up can have a say too.
